Dinner club

Dinner Club is the monthly fitness club where we set a certain type of workout and each of us keeps track of what we do for the whole month.  After the month, those who hit the targets get together for a big festive feast to celebrate! Sometimes a part of the workout is built into the team practices, but most of it you do by yourself on your free time.

Dinner Club for December starts 1.12.2010. and ends with New Year 1.1.2011. This are requirements for December:

500 situps
500 backward situps
500 push-ups
500 squats
